We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

5. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method you are using is your own or that you are authorised to use it.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, followed by a further 14 days to return the item and receive a refund. This right does not apply to sealed cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance products once opened or used, for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

In addition to this statutory right, we offer a 30-day store returns policy for unopened, unused items in their original packaging, for all customers including those outside the UK/EU.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under that policy or under applicable consumer protection law.

8. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMER

Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. We recommend performing a patch test before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to display settings. Individual results may vary.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product names, is the property of Glam Glow LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
